Lessons are also mainly conducted in English and supplemented with Cantonese, if needed, so as to ensure that students are learning in an effective way.

Under the auspices of Hong Kong Universal Education (HKUE), UCHE is an operating unit fully owned by its parent company HKUE. Asia Management Education Centre (School Reg. No. : 541508) and Advanced Contemporary Education Centre (The Lamma City) (School Reg. No. : 577596) are also the two registered schools under HKUE.
HKUE oversees the operations of UCHE, which focuses on the provision of high-quality programmes at post-secondary and tertiary levels, as well as the overall academic and operational responsibility for the programmes and their development within defined policies, procedures, and regulations. The daily operation of UCHE is managed by the Academic Department, the Programme Management Team, and the Administration Department.
UCHE’s academic quality assurance policies and procedures are adopted at UCHE in areas including programme planning, development, and management, to ensure that the learning and teaching activities for our students are of the highest quality.
ISO 9001:2015 Certification
UCHE aims to provide more diversified study paths for students. As we have been awarded ISO 9001:2015 Certification (under HKUE), we are determined to offer quality courses to the public. We offer through-train mode of education ranging from Certificate to Articulation Degree Programmes and short courses majoring in : Business Communications, Financial Management and Early Child Education course.
ISO 9001:2015 Certification is an international standard that stipulates requirements for an organization’s Quality Management System. The objective of ISO 9001:2015 Certification is to provide a set of requirements that, if they are effectively implemented, will provide you with confidence that your supplier can consistently provide goods and services that meet your needs and expectations and comply with applicable regulations.
All the Australian Universities audit systems in schools and courses are based on ISO international standardization. HKUE has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 Certification which means our courses can be articulated to Australian Universities.
